Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully before returning any items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet these conditions

Refunds and Refusals

  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have passed inspection

  • For food products, refunds may be refused if packaging is opened, tampered with, or damaged in any way that could compromise health and safety regulations

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items not returned in a resaleable condition

Restocking Fee

  • A minimum £5 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund to cover handling, card transaction fees and quality control

Postage Costs and Delivery

  • Original postage costs are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage

  • We operate from a multi-use building, and non-tracked return items cannot be guaranteed as delivered. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns

  • The return address is printed on your original postage label — please use that address for any returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please use the contact form on our website to report the issue

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the problem

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.

  • Orders sent to incorrect, incomplete, or missing addresses supplied by the customer cannot be refunded.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong or missing address, a re-shipping charge will apply before the order is resent.

How to Return

  1. Use the contact form on our website to start your return and include your order number.

  2. Pack the items securely and include your order details inside the parcel.

  3. Post the return to the address shown on your original postage label using a tracked service.

Workshops and Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers and workshop booking sales are final. We do not offer refunds on these products.

You can reschedule your own booking up until the week of your workshop. We can not offer rescheduling during the week of your booking as we are unlikely to be able to fill your space at short notice and we will have already purchased your ingredients and materials. In this circumstance, we use HALF of your booking as a non-refundable deposit and the remaining half can be carried forward to use on another, like for like, booking (in the same name(s)). Please contact us within the week of your booking to arrange. Once the workshop has passed, this option is not available.

We do have a voucher extension scheme which you can use if you would like to extend the length of your voucher to ensure you get booked onto a specific workshop or if you forget to use it and it’s expired/expiring. Click Here

If you fail to attend a workshop that you’ve paid for, no refunds or rescheduling are possible and a full new booking would be required.
