Fairley’s Condiments springs from humble beginnings; with the ketchup recipes being passed down to Nick Fairley from his grandfather Albert and subsequently back through the generations from the Victorian era. Resurrected for a modern palate and with the addition of a few new variants, Fairley’s is a taste explosion of flavour where no expense is spared with ingredients. It’s the connoisseur’s condiment.

Ingredients

We source the best ingredients from around the world to use in our products. We use the best salt, fresh vine ripened tomatoes and we've even created our own bespoke sugar blends to enhance the flavour profile in your final product. Table Condiments

Ketchup is the original table condiment in the UK, with it's tangy tomato goodness. However, BBQ sauce is creeping in now too. We have a range of both products from original to super hot which uses the Carolina Reaper the worlds hottest chilli.
