F.A.Q

Howdy! As a busy business, admin takes up LOADS of my time so in an effort to streamline my time I’ve compiled this F.A.Q. Please note: all messages will be read but not all will be answered especially if the answer is given below.

Workshops

We have workshops available for 12 months of the year, they’re just not all released at once so it may look like there aren’t many workshops available at times. That’s because they’re very popular and some of the sought after dates/workshops are already booked out - sorry about that! More will be released soon though!

We usually run two workshops a week as a minimum. We have one every Friday evening and usually alternative weekend days. We also have some Thursday workshops if we’re at a food festival that weekend.

Group Bookings

If you have a minimum of 6 people wanting to book onto ONE workshop then let me know before booking. If I have availability I’ll book a date out just for your group.

Vouchers

Your voucher has a 6 month expiry date because we don’t want you to forget to use it.

Extend your Voucher

Oh you did forget to use it and its expired? No problem. As a forward thinking business we’ve added a voucher extension scheme to allow you to extend it for two months from the point at which it expired. Follow the link below and let me know which workshop you’d like to book on to as I have to do it manually.

You can’t see the workshop you’d like to book with your voucher? As I’ve said above it’s probably fully booked. Feel free to use the link above to extend past your voucher expiry date and I’ll manually extend your voucher - you’ll get an email when it’s sorted. Alternatively there are over 20 other curries to choose from. Go wild!

Shipping

I ship parcels generally every other day but it may take up to 3 working days to leave us. They’ll go on tracked on the service so you’ll receive shipping updates. A 24/48 hour Royal Mail service does NOT mean you’ll receive your item in that time window though; it takes us time to process your order. We haven’t forgotten about it. It’s 100% coming your way!

Most issues are resolved by waiting a few more days. If you haven’t received your parcel within a week, please get in touch and I’ll dig out the shipping info for you to speak to your local Royal Mail delivery office - they sometimes forget to leave you a card and it’s sat there in waiting for you.

On the rare occasion you forget to collect your parcel or you got your address info wrong (we all mistype and speed read these days), it will be returned to us. You will have to either pay for a re-delivery or you can come through and collect it yourself. Just drop us a line and we can sort it.

Final Thought

Please remember I’m a small business. I’m one person. I work around 100 hours a week to keep you stocked up with curry so I do have to plan times to do certain jobs or my brain hurts. It’s unlikely you’ll get an instant reply to any form of communication, please be patient. I will get to you.
