Hi, my name is Nick Fairley and I’m a professional chef.
I’ve travelled extensively, worked in restaurants and trained in almost every country I’ve been fortunate enough to visit. Once I came back I decided to teach you guys what I’ve learnt, right here in Newcastle. After years of trial and error and consuming copious amounts of curry, we now teach you the secrets at our academy that restaurants don’t want you to know!
I found a way to channel my passion for food.
My Culinary Academy is based in Newcastle upon Tyne where I started teaching Indian cuisine but plans are afoot to add in food from the four corners of the globe! We have a convenient and easy to find location with free parking on site. Why pick a visit to the Academy over just buying the spice blends? Once we teach you the tips and tricks, we let you cook your own dishes in the safety of our demo kitchen. No fuss, no mess to clean up. Sound good?
